High School Missions Trip Application
August. 5th - 13th
Be sure to fill out the Trip Application as well as the Short-Term Missions Team Covenant.
Read through the Envision Cleveland Handbook on what this mission trip is all about, what types of things we will be doing while there, and tools to prepare you for this trip, before signing this application.
The cost of this trip is $800. A Deposit of $250 is due to be able to reserve your spot on the trip. There are limited spots available. Registration closes on April.5th. To make it easier for you, we have set up an online payment site. We have also made payment dates for the remaining balance owed.
Payment Dates and Amounts:
Deposit: $250 by April.5th
Second Payment: $250 by May.5th
Third and Final Payment: $300 by June.3rd
Full Payment: $800
We will have two, mandatory, team meetings on July.16th & July.30th. These will be training meetings for the students.
